Our History
AJM Kooheji became the first Middle Eastern importer of automobiles, including iconic brands like Jaguar, Singer, Renault and Triumph motorcycles.
The group was appointed the exclusive distributor of Bridgestone Tires.
The group was appointed the exclusive distributor of Peugeot cars.
The group became the World’s first appointed distributor for Yamaha outboard motors outside Japan.
The group was appointed as a distributor for Yanmar Marine diesel engines.
The group diversified into furniture, textile and carpet trading.
The group was appointed the exclusive distributor for LG Electronics and Home appliances.
The group started a joinery and furniture manufacturing factory in the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the name of Dilmun Furniture Factory.
The group acquired Faisal Investment company which holds a stake in the Faisal Islamic Bank in Cyprus.
The group started ‘Pearlcraft’ a boat manufacturing unit in Bahrain.
The group started a chain of multi brand automobile service centers in The Kingdom of Bahrain called Kwik Kar Kare (3K).
The group was appointed the distributors for BKT off road tyres and REEM batteries.
The group diversified by entering new industries such as piling contracting, MEP contracting, and lubricants distribution. They also expanded their operations in Qatar and Libya. Additionally, they were chosen as the distributor for Bridgestone Tires and Chevron lubricants in Iraq.
The group launched a new business line, the Lifestyle division. Including world- renowned brands such as Korloff and Roberto Coin
The group was appointed as the official distributor of De Beers Jewelry.
The group further expanded its international operation by opening its office in the UAE. With this new expansion, the group now has businesses spread out over Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, and Iraq.
Delmon Furniture Factory launched its first exquisite furniture showroom under the brand name “K-Interiors” in Bahrain.
The group was appointed the distributor for the X-Mini brand from Singapore, further expanding its range of electronics products.
The group became the official distributor of Ctroniq. They also introduced a new business division called the Security System Division.
The group was appointed the distributor of JBL, AKG, and Harman/Kardon.
The group was appointed the official distributor for Blue Air.
