The standard transaction currency on our e-commerce portal is Bahraini Dinars (BHD). Place of jurisdiction, place of performance and applicable law.

Place of Jurisdiction is kingdom of Bahrain for all contractual rights.

Kingdom of Bahrain shall be the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract, we are however entitled to sue the purchaser at this seat of business.

Bahrain law shall apply to the contractual relationships.

Should one of the involving regulations become ineffective or should a gap in the regulations become apparent, an effective provision shall take the place of ineffective regulations or fill the gap in the regulation which most closely approaches the business purpose which had been desired by the parties.
